1.Feeding rack part:
Magnetic powder brake is used for constant tension rewinding, the feeding shaft and magnetic powder brake are meshed up and down by high hardness gear, and special bearing locking mechanism is adopted at both ends of the feeding shaft to fix the feeding shaft bearing. Cloth roll paper tube fixed by optical lock lock, convenient disassembly. In unwinding process, magnetic powder brake controls unwinding of constant tension, so as to control the change of tension in the process of winding from large to small.
A linear guide is installed between the feeding rack and the lower fixed rack, and a U-shaped correction sensor is installed on the running line of the cloth roll to detect the left and right deviation of the cloth roll in real time, so as to control the servo motor to drive the electric push rod to move the material rack laterally Realize the real-time automatic correction function of unwinding. 2 Folding mechanism part
