4ply inner gauze folding and rolling machine

1.Feeding rack part:
Magnetic powder brake is used for constant tension rewinding, the feeding shaft and magnetic powder brake are meshed up and down by high hardness gear, and special bearing locking mechanism is adopted at both ends of the feeding shaft to fix the feeding shaft bearing. Cloth roll paper tube fixed by optical lock lock, convenient disassembly. In unwinding process, magnetic powder brake controls unwinding of constant tension, so as to control the change of tension in the process of winding from large to small.
A linear guide is installed between the feeding rack and the lower fixed rack, and a U-shaped correction sensor is installed on the running line of the cloth roll to detect the left and right deviation of the cloth roll in real time, so as to control the servo motor to drive the electric push rod to move the material rack laterally Realize the real-time automatic correction function of unwinding. Completely replace manual adjustment of cloth rolls.
2 Folding mechanism part
(1) The first folding mechanism adopts a new mechanical structure to achieve a direct molding. Forming width adjustable, forming position adjustable. Ball screw, ball nut and adjusting handle are arranged at the left end of the whole folding mechanism. Folding molding effect is stable, easy to adjust.

3 .receiving-rolling part
(1)In the receiving- rolling part,The pressure cylinders on both sides of the receiving shaft increase the chain drive and the synchronous lifting function, which solves the problem of asynchronously left and right lifting caused by the uneven pressure of the cylinders on both sides.
(2) The cloth-breaking mechanism is added, and the downward pressure of the cloth-breaking cutter is controlled by the cylinder pressure, which solves the problem of poor cloth-breaking caused by the uneven bottom plate of the traditional cutter.
