Features of water jet loom:
1. Rack:
The main wall of the loom is made of high-grade cast iron, and the main beam is made of special-shaped seamless steel pipes. The whole frame is more stable, reducing vibration during high-speed operation, and ensuring high-quality and high-yield fabrics. At the same time, the large wall panel, the middle wall panel and the side cover are tempered to make them not deformed.
2. Opening mechanism:
The size of the opening connecting rod, heald shaft and other parts is enlarged, and the heavy heald frame with double ribs and wide sides (120mm) is adopted to ensure stable and reliable warp opening and clear shed during high-speed operation and weaving of medium and thick fabrics.
3. Weft detection mechanism:
The sensitive photoelectric weft detector can accurately detect from raw yarn to strong twisted yarn, from low-denier yarn to high-denier yarn, and stop the weft in time to prevent weaving defects.
4. Supporting device:
The cloth side support barbed shaft is changed from three rows of needles to five rows of needles. The cloth side support rod and the cloth guide angle are widened, the supporting edge is more powerful, and the cloth guiding is more stable.
5. Selvedge structure:
The selvedge form is rope-like, the selvedge is fastened, it is not easy to loosen, the thickness is basically the same as the ground texture, and there is no color difference after dyeing. Using aluminum alloy planetary gear selvedge mechanism, light weight, low vibration, suitable for high-speed operation. Nylon gear ring is used to reduce noise and easy to replace.
6. Aluminum alloy parts:
The suction pipe seat and selvedge gear are all anodized hard film treatment, which is both beautiful and wear-resistant. The sley and sliding seat are changed from aluminum alloy parts to stainless steel parts, which not only increases the strength, but also increases the corrosion resistance.
7. Centralized oil supply:
Convenient operation, simplified equipment lubrication and maintenance, and centralized turbidity adding system can ensure the lubrication of equipment running normally.
8. Beat-up mechanism:
Inertial beating-up is adopted with crank connecting rod mechanism. The crankshaft is processed by high-frequency quenching and other special processes to improve wear resistance, hardness and strength. The diameter of the rocking shaft is enlarged, the seamless steel pipe of ∮114×lOmm is adopted, and the forged multi-sley foot is used to enhance the strength and ensure the life. The sley and sliding seat are made of stainless steel, which improves the beating force, and can weave high-density and medium-thick fabrics with tight and plump fabrics.
9. Side cutting device:
It adopts ceramic or cemented carbide blade, which is sharp and wear-resistant. Equipped with imported connecting rod end bearings, it can cut the weft accurately and accurately regardless of the thickness of the weft.
10. Bearing, crankshaft:
It mainly adopts original imported bearings from Sweden, SKF, Germany, FAG, and Japan, NSK. Quenching the crankshaft further improves the wear resistance of the crankshaft and prolongs its service life.
11. Let-off organization:
It adopts semi-active continuous let-off mechanism, thick double roller (∮113mm) warp tension detection, and cooperates with the most advanced draped continuously variable transmission in China to adjust the let-off amount. The friction plate pressure device prevents the fluctuation of the let-off and unwinding. It is suitable for the large tension of medium and thick fabrics and ensures the stability of warp and sand tension.
12. Electronic crimping:
The mechanism design is small and exquisite, the output power is large, and it is easy to adjust: Fully automatic operation of various fibers: to ensure that the synchronization is always maintained during the weaving process.
13. Electronic let-off:
Keep the warp tension stable, meet the needs of a variety of fabrics, improve the grade of the fabric, change the fabric variety more conveniently and quickly, and improve production efficiency.
