JLH-TB1100 Self-adhesive bandage coating machine
1. Equipment overview
This equipment has the functions of high-precision spraying and dipping. It has two coating methods, which can make the coating amount range widely, with high tension control precision, uniform coating, no scratches on the substrate, and smooth winding and unwinding end faces. The whole machine adopts electric central control, frequency conversion speed regulation, hot air circulation jet drying and other technologies to improve the quality of products with advanced technology.
2. Scope of application:
This equipment is mainly suitable for the production of bandage and cloth-based coating. The width of the substrate can reach 1.1M, which is suitable for water-based coating liquid.
